The Whitley Apartments

Building is nice, well maintained and staff is awesome. Great location for summers in Lowertown. Been here 3 years. Unfortunately the no smoking policy is not entirely enforced as my end of the floor has smelled like weed pretty consistently for the past year. As a resident I am expected to manage, consistently report, and bring in a 3rd party to "investigate" when it happens. Other than that - its a good spot with friendly people.

We LOVE The Whitley. We are so grateful to take the time to find this perfect spot in Lowertown. Carly and Jenni are always ready to answer are many of questions. The cleaning crew and maintenance are always making sure we have a clean and safe place to live. We both work on the busy side of downtown Saint Paul; having a quite and beautiful place to come home is amazing! P.S. our favorite part, minus the staff, is our in-unit laundry and the granite counter tops!

What a difference moving two blocks out of Mears Park makes! It’s so quiet and wacouta commons park feels like a small neighborhood with well lit park access for our dog. We can’t say enough positive things about our new apartment. We decided to move because we wanted a balcony and after touring this new build and several other new and older communities, this place was the most attractive and best deal for rent. We save money by having a utilities bundle which includes our internet; we have a tandem parking spot Which is in a heated, secured garage and saves us $150 a month from our previous building. Oh and they also offered to build in a spot for me to hang my kayak in the double locked bike storage, no extra charge there either! Another way we are saving money is that all our appliances

I absolutely love our apartment. We have been renting for over 3 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else in downtown St. Paul. The views of from the apartment are wonderful, enough for me to plan a private engagement proposal on the skydeck a few yeas ago. Great location and if you don't mind the noise of the highway at times (mainly sirens) you will love this place. Great walking distance to bars, CHS field, and the Farmer's Market. The access for highway for 94 and 35E are great too. The Whitley staff have always been so helpful and the manager Carly truly goes above and beyond to ensure the tenants are well taken care of.

The Whitley Apartments is in a perfect spot for downtown St. Paul — safe area and walkable to places like the Lost Fox, Buttered Tin, and nearby parks. The building is super clean (cleaners come almost daily!) and the staff is always helpful.
