Thankful my lease is up soon! Its been a struggle living here, it took getting a metro health inspector involved to get things resolved. On top of the complex adding fees about the dumpsters when in fact i live next to one of them and because we are not a gated community ANYONE AND EVERYONE has access to them throughout the night. Have random people, even lawn workers, dumping junk off at 2-3am but us residents have to pay for it. Maybe install cameras. On top of residential kids putting sticks into the air units outside for fun and steal off peoples porches. I cant wait for the porch fee this week because unable to powerwash mud and rock debris off the porch due to flooding issues... I've been living here for almost 3 years now, I think I'm one of the oldest residents here, and I have a lot to tell. The apartments are well designed, the worst thing about the place is the work of the administration, they have had residents without air conditioning and heating for months, the gym only has one treadmill, and the pool has been closed since summer 2024, this is not the worst, in the winter of 2024 I showed the administration ukos videos of some neighbors who were walking around with flashlights checking the cars at dawn and tried to open them, THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT, today a year after my first complaint, I have returned to the administration office to talk about the same neighbors who continue with inappropriate and suspicious behavior checking cars at dawn, I th

This is a terrible place to live. They have bugs. They have rats in the walls trying to get into your apartment maintenance doesn’t respond for monthsI when they do they do shabby work. They have one maintenance guy for the whole complex. I went without an a/c for 4months after I moved in because “it wasn’t in the budget.”

I went and toured the Whitley just yesterday. The property manager took me around and showed me all the wonderful amenities like the pool, fitness center, and bark park. I loved the property! They had some construction going on and when asked she said they were upgrading and renovating apartments with new granite counter tops and nice appliances. I can't wait to see the new ones when done.

My wife and i have lived here for almost 18 years. New management, has been upgrading the apartments in the last couple of months. My wife and i are thankful for having a place to live. The new renovated apartments are really going to be a nice upgrade. The new leasing agent is a very nice, cordial, and is their to help anyway she can. My wife and I are looking forward into moving into our new apartment.
