Customer Reviews
I’m at my last straw with this place. Management is completely incompetent. PLEASE if you are reading this, think twice before moving here. I didn’t listen to the bad reviews last summer before I signed my lease. I will not be re-signing here due to safety concerns at this building. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful building with nice units BUT there are homeless drug addicts breaking in constantly. I’m not blaming the building for the homeless problem facing Uptown, but I AM blaming them for how they are handling security at this property. They claim to have camera monitoring and security… which is pretty much useless. I’ve called the security number when there was a break in, to which the call center person told me it was “outside of their monitoring hours” which starts at 10pm and t
If I could give this place 0 stars it still wouldn't reflect the disaster this place is. Management is incompetent, ignores extremely dangerous concerns, gaslights you, all while being nice but doing absolutely nothing to fix this place. The office closes at least 1 one day a week for a made-up meeting or work from home and they're barely there as it is. When they are on site, nobody does anything besides to try and get people to move in with the bait and switch. Packages constantly stolen, drug addicts in hallways and parking garage DAILY. They claim there's security overnight which I have yet to see even ONCE. This place has nice furnishings and everything else is either broken or a danger to your life, literally. You'll need armor and protection to live here and have a chance and pay 2
I currently live in this apartment. The maintenence and cleaning crew here are amazing, however that pretty much is where the good stops. In my 6 months of being here I've had my car broken into, they've discovered a dead body, and homeless individuals have been found throughout the apartment complex using various drugs on a nearby weekly basis. I pay for secure parking which doesn't do much as the parking garage door has practically been broken since I moved in. I can't count on two hands the amount of times I have bumped into someone shooting up in the common areas or in some cases completely unconscious passed out in their own fecal matter. The apartment describes itself as luxury which I'll agree they definitely charge luxury prices. Another thing to note is that if you move in here it
Don’t live here. Me & my fiancé’s cars have been broken into 4 times total and that’s just our unit. I can’t imagine the other issues residents have. They say safety is their number one priority but it’s clearly not based on all the issues. Management is also impossible to get a hold of if you go to the front desk in the morning no one is usually there even tho they say they open at 9 and they never answer the phone when you call. If you email it takes them like 3 days to reply. There is always something wrong with the garage doors. We have security but clearly that does not do anything when our cars have been broken into 4 times. Packages get stolen all the time. You complain to management they act like they care but they don’t do anything. We asked to break our lease because there is re
As a frequent guest of a resident here, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking garage has a strong sewage-like odor that has gone unresolved Safety is a serious concern. I’ve personally witnessed people rummaging through cars and storage in the garage and outside the garage door. It feels unsafe to ever walk out the building. For the high cost of living here, basic maintenance, security, and communication should be a priority. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
