If you want a builder whose warranty department ghosts you, and doesn't follow through, then this is the builder for you. Shotty contractors, rude staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Run. We are still dealing with issues from our 30 day walk-thru and there has been so much staff turnover that everything falls through the cracks. We hear time again, "no documentation on that"... What a joke. And once you buy here, we homeowners are not treated well, with contractors constantly blocking us off and then getting mad because we need to get our car through to get to work, to rude staff who park their cars where the mailboxes are, only we homeowners are told (via signage) we are not allowed to park there (we're just stopping to get the mail!!!), that it's only for future homeowners. Our experience as homeowners in this community has been very disappointing. From the beginning, we have dealt with ongoing workmanship problems and an unresponsive warranty process. The first warranty representative stopped responding after only a few months, and there was a long gap of several months with no communication at all—time that cut into the final quarter of the one-year warranty. Later representatives either left the company or became unresponsive as well, with the last contact we received dating back to late August. Even attempts to escalate to a manager resulted in no follow-through. As of today, major items remain unresolved, including a large open hole in our ceiling.
