Great place to live! Have been here almost 3 years, the office is always so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very responsive and thorough. Good location, great views with quick access to anything we need.

The Vineyards has been a wonderful experience so far! It was truly a delight meeting John! He was welcoming, professional and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Everyone on the staff has been more than helpful, always friendly, and quick to assist with any questions or needs. You can really tell they care about their residents! Highly recommended!

I’ve really noticed a positive difference at Vineyards of Colorado Springs since Anna became the new Community Manager. She and her office team have been amazing — professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving the community. They’ve worked hard to clean things up and create an environment I’m proud to live in. Jeffery and the maintenance team have also been fantastic. They’re friendly, reliable, and take care of work orders quickly and correctly. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I also appreciate the effort the team is putting into resident engagement. Came out to Florida to get some sleep 😴 Needed a break from SERE School. Good night everyone 😌 See yall when I get back 😴 - Feb 18. Yes, Really. Weather's nice out here too. Have you ever wanted to live in a civilian version of SERE School. Welcome to the Vineyards. There is No Peace and Quiet. Because it's SERE School, in an apartment complex. Its 11:11pm. We'll all be woken up in 7 hours by a car in the parking lot. Luckily it's under my window. SERE School, Be Ready. Damn. SERE School Instructor woke us up again. 7am on the dot, bright and early, I was sleeping - Friday 13th though. Makes Sense. But If your cars gotta idle for 30 minutes to warm up. You need to go to the mechanic. Maybe the community can chip in. Get us all back on OUR individual Sleep Schedules. Been messing up min

I needed some help navigating a few minor inconveniences at my new apartment and Colleen the assistant property manager was very nice, attentive and helpful with this matter. Customer service with the office staff has always been delightful. The property manager and the leasing agent have also been really kind and helpful. My apartment is really spacious. It was cleaned pretty well and the amenities are a huge plus for the great deal that the property manager helped me find and secure. Thank you guys!
