The Villas at Hickory Tree Apartments

I am writing this review regarding a serious and ongoing safety issue at Villas of Hickory Tree Apartments, a 55-and-older income-based community that also serves residents with disabilities, managed by Partnership Property Management. I submitted a maintenance request on behalf of my mother, and it has been on file since last year for loose and lifting floor tile in her apartment. The condition creates a clear tripping hazard. A tripping hazard is defined as any raised, uneven, loose, or protruding surface that can catch a person’s foot and cause a loss of balance. It does not need to be large to be dangerous. Even a slight elevation change — such as lifting tile — can significantly increase the risk of falling, particularly for older adults and individuals with mobility limitations. This

I've been leaving several messages on the phone and emails. I'm trying to get my mom a place to live. The regional manager said would have property manager to call me. Been 2 months going on 3 now. Application was turned in and no answer. Please respond

Very good apartments , quiet community, it has a place to plant , garden, it is mainly occupied by elders, it is pretty and calm. Good place to be. I recommend it. Everyone is friendly to each other and it allows pets

the space is very nice but its staff does not serve the Maintenance does not work managers do nothing deliver the apartments in poor condition and infected with cockroaches the administration starting with the manegers that is based in Raleihg is not very disappointed 😡

The apartments are very nice and comfortable, but the management is not good, since May 22 my mom, who is an older person, was handed the apartment with the damaged exterior door and with the faulty lock, the bathroom door also with pet bites from the previous tenant, the floor stained and in poor condition, we had to bring another person to clean it and several other problems that were delivered to the manager and we are still waiting for them to come fix it Last Thursday I spoke with the maintenance man and he told me that on Friday he was coming to change the lock and we are still waiting for him, there is no way to locate him, when the only thing you see is Tuesday and Thursday, which according to them are computer days, I called management several times and they do not answer calls
