The Villas at Foxwood

Beware to anyone currently looking to live here, these apartments are dated and they just took away an amazing feature, the fireplace. They told us they would be closing it up but when I got home today. I noticed the dirty boot prints that the maintenance men left and that they placed a single sheet of mental over it, that looks cheap and has air gaps. I have lived here for years and this complex has went through multiple management companies.

He did an excellent job. He was polite and respectful to me and my carpet. He removed his shoes. He went beyond and repaired the broken switch to garbage disposal. Definitely a step up! My technician was Van! 4648 104

Having toured the Villas at Foxwood with Angel and her staff and knowing several people that live at the property, I am looking forward to calling this property my home in the near future. The staff was welcoming, professional and one can tell that they truly care about this property. The grounds were well maintained and I have been told by current residents, that the staff is very attentive when issues arise.

The office ladies Angel and Sydney are PHENOMENAL!!! I haven't really had a chance to work with the other young lady but she is always friendly too. They are very knowledgeable. Any major concerns they hop on it right away. They now have 24/7 maintenance line that actually responds and work with you. Angel and Sydney are working closely together to bring the property back up to par with the new management company. Everything in life is forever changing. The best thing about the change with them is that it is GREAT CHANGE! I am happy to live here and feel very safe. Keep in mind people we are all human. Never take anything personal. Everyone has a job to complete and if they are busy leave a message and they will return your call or just visit them right at the office during office hours. Y

Tentant since 2020! This property has had 2 or 3 different owners, and not one time did I have to re-apply, but these new owners had previous tentants refill out applications. Been paying my rent ($0 balance) and have 3x the rent, but didn't met the credit score (school debt and late car note payments), so they are not renewing my lease. I found out about the requirements in mid August, was denied in early September, have to move late October. I been without a dishwasher for over 8 months, continuous parking issues, a lot more children than previous years, pool was closed alot more than previous years, apartment was never remodeled, and the communication with the leasing office/maintenance has been null or unacceptable. Choose wisely and do your research before renting here. Best of luck.
