Greenlink Residences

I lived at Greenlink Residences (GR) for two years from 2023-2025. I did a virtual tour of the property and signed my lease from 1000 miles away (took a new job on very short notice), and fortunately the experience was one that doesn’t leave me feeling like I made a mistake. The parameters I focused on in my very brief apartment search were 1) less than $1500 rent for a 1/1 2) modern design/amenities and 3) at least a 4 star (average) Google Review rating. GR met all three. I stayed at Greenlink Residences for 6 months and had an amazing experience. The property is new, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the big windows that brought in so much natural light. A special thanks to Julienne—she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. I lived at Greenlink for 3 years, it was a great place to live. Very secure and lots to do near by. Another thing I appreciated was that the walls are super thick so even if you have loud neighbors you can hear them. I would recommend.

I recently toured and was interested in Greenlinks. The only thing that pulled my significant other and I away was the commute for work. If this was not the case, we would have 100% chosen Greenlinks. The management has been wonderful in making sure we were tended to, and showing us exactly what we were looking for. Kaitlin was so helpful in showing us the property and making sure that we could see ourselves living here. Maybe one day in the future if we plan to relocate we can call Greenlinks home!

I’ve been a resident since fall of 2022 & I have enjoyed my time here so far. My unit is really modern and cozy. It was very clean when we moved in and the appliances work well. My neighbors are quiet and management is easy to contact. My only beef is the lack of storage within the apartments. There’s very limited storage space within the unit & no additional storage on site either. Also, snow removal this last year wasn’t super efficient but still gets done.
