The Village at Waxahachie is an absolutely amazing place to live. The staff truly go above and beyond they’re friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. From day one, they’ve made everything easy and welcoming, and it shows how much pride they take in the community. The people here are just as incredible. The sense of community is real neighbors are kind, welcoming, and supportive, which makes this feel like more than just an apartment complex it feels like home. The atmosphere is positive, safe, and uplifting, and you can tell the community is built on respect and connection. Excellent living quarters, spacious rooms with high ceilings, and ample closet space. All new kitchen appliances and comes with washer and dryer. Fantastic amenities: 2 fitness rooms, large swimming pool, accessible mail room, Luxor for packages, lovely lobby with seating arranged for socializing. My two bedroom apartment on the ground floor has a park-like view only steps from the pool, and I have a garage across from my apartment front door. Just love this!! The management staff is superior: friendly, caring, and helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. I am very happy here and recommend the Village! This complex is close to everything!

I have lived here coming up on 6 months, and I LOVE it. The people are friendly, the common areas kept nice and clean, the staff are remarkable, and the facilities are modern and nice. The convenient trash pick up is a huge bonus. More than anything, there is a sense of community here. And with retail businesses coming to the ground level in the very near future, I expect only better things as we move forward. This place is top notch living in the Ellis County area. I have been living in this beautiful complex for just over a year and the management has always been attentive and patient with my needs and seemingly those I’ve interacted with. I had a severe bug problem due to the storms and their pest control came out and resolved it right away with the friendliest and most efficient manner I’ve ever received from landlord connections. Their amenities are kept clean and the location boasts so many more all within 10 minutes drives at most, a very charming complex in a very enchanting little town. Management hosts events every so often and it’s lovely to see neighbors show up and intersect with them, everyone has been so friendly and lively.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever lived! The staff truly make it feel like home — Courtney (property manager) is amazing, Brian in maintenance is always on it, and Makenzi and Duane bring great energy. Mars keeps the building spotless and always has the sweetest attitude. I’m so grateful to be starting this new chapter of my life here. Highly recommend! ✨
