The Village at Crestview Apartments

Please do not move in here. There are roaches everywhere and if you live on the bottom floor then the apartment above is always leaking. We have tried to get rid of the roaches infesting our apartment and nothing has worked. The maintenance come in with no warning and don't renovate well. Office staff gives false statements when threatening to kick you out just so they can somewhat have a reason too. Office staff has also been very rude and doesn't give you enough freedom. Rent is surprisingly high considering the space they are offering. If you think about moving here just consider different places because this isn't the place you would want to settle in.

Feral cat problems and roaches, the second you get put of your car the cat pee smell hits. Turn your heat or A/C on cat puss smell, PATHETIC 0 effort to get rid of the feral cats either

Do not move here at all! I have been dealing with a roach infestation for months and my house isn’t even dirty!

My neighbors are friendly, and the maintenance staff are excellent. That's about all I can say for this place. Very overpriced for the square footage and the style of the apartments. The apartment above me had leaky pipes, and after the leak was fixed the brown hole in my ceiling was left and has been there for almost a year now. The office staff are very unfriendly and rude now that Regina has left, and I'm honestly worried about ever moving out of here into someplace nicer. I've never missed a single rent payment, but they seem the type to interfere with current residents trying to move out, since conning someone into paying almost a grand for less than 950sq ft doesnt happen often. I would definitely advise anyone looking for an apartment last minute to keep looking - even in this area

Had a great experience thus far, just moved in today. Jackie has been extremely helpful following up with my emails and making the move in as smooth as possible. I am loving the hardwood and black appliances. Maintenance seems friendly as well. Great experience so far with The Village At Crestview.
