The Vicara Apartments and Townhomes

I couldn't be happier with the service received during the moving in process and since moving in. So helpful, friendly and supportive. Easy to use online platform to pay rent or request maintenance. Would highly recommend. Also Rachel who handled our application and move in was so lovely, welcoming and approachable! The only negative feedback I have is that I can hear every step above but they do have young children so not much can be done about that. I also wish my parking space was a bit closer but there are usually vacant spaces anyway so it's not been an issue yet.

We lived here for a year, and while the beginning was pretty rough, things have changed a lot. When we first moved in there was almost no communication, maintenance requests took forever, and it felt like there was new management every month. Since Erin and Hilary have taken over, the whole place has completely turned around. Maintenance actually gets done in a timely manner, communication is clear and consistent, and you can tell they genuinely care about the property and the residents. The improvement has been huge, and it made our experience here so much better.

Love my apartment! The location is perfect, community is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Work orders are quickly resolved, and the sidewalks are nice for walking the dogs. Pet friendly, clean and quiet. Thank you, Erin, for the help getting the application in and processed and being so friendly.

I have seen management come and go but I haven’t had anyone as engaging in years! The ladies in the office have been so helpful. They are already doing events and have snacks out again. It makes me feel appreciated and proud to live here. I always see maintenance out around the community working hard together. 10/10 the community vibe and service associated!

We moved here from across the country a couple months ago are very happy here! Jackie & Stacey are so friendly & were so helpful in answering all of our many questions. It made the whole moving process so much more easier! The neighborhood is beautiful, clean & quiet, and our apartment is gorgeous. Any maintenance issues we’ve had (which have been very minor - basically just a smoke detector that needed new batteries, and low water pressure in the bathroom) were resolved very quickly & professionally. The in unit washer & dryer is a really nice feature, and I’ve been loving the large bathtub! The gym is very nice, and there’s a pickleball court & small playground for the kiddos. There’s also a little fenced in area for your dogs to run around off leash. I truly love living here ☺️ Update:
