The Vantage Apartments

Parking here is a complete nightmare. Management made the poor decision to create only around 50–100 red permit spots for hundreds of residents who have red passes. How does that make any sense? There are clearly far more cars than available spots. I’ve come home at 5 PM, late at night, and even early in the morning ,still no parking. I’ve sat in my car for an hour trying to figure out where to go. This situation is completely mismanaged and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend living here.

-5 stars!! Roach infested!! Pics will be included! This place puts on such a front!! The office is clean and well kept and office staff is sweet… I did a walk-through for an apartment and signed a lease… Because on the quick walk-through, everything seemed to look fine and clean it wasn’t until I got the keys and went in the next morning to deep sanitize before I moved stuff in… That I found out not only did all three of the sinks leak tremendously. There was dead cockroaches in the fridge and freezer cracks, the bathtub and traps under the sink full of dead cockroaches, and another one beside the fridge full of dead roaches… I went to the office staff and Confronted them, letting them know that they knew there was a problem because the apartment was supposed to be moving ready and clean,

I'm extremely happy and grateful because the workers fixed my dishwasher today. They were very kind, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the dishwasher was working perfectly before they left. It now runs smoothly and quietly, just like new! I truly appreciate their excellent service and positive attitude. Thank you so much for your hard work and for making my kitchen life easier again. Thank you for taking such good care of us😋

Disappointed by Poor Communication, Manager's lack of professionalism and Portal Issues at The Vantage I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Vantage Apartments on Mukilteo Speedway. Issues began at the end of August, shortly after signing the lease, and have persisted since. Since October 1, 2025, I have faced ongoing problems with the resident portal, including being unable to access my lease information, utility details, or the "Pay Now" option. Additionally, the portal incorrectly listed a utility charge for an apartment I have never occupied. While I previously had full access and successfully paid my September rent online, by the end of that month, all lease and account information disappeared from the system. When we walked in we were greeted with warm welcomes and great positivity. We also had lots of questions that were answered with no hesitations. When it came to looking at the unit I loved the layout and the fact that it didnt stink when you walked inside and have updated appliances. Huge plus!
