The Treehouse of Schaumburg Luxury Apartments

Was very noisey from neighbors. No one picks up dog poop, so watch where you step. Maintanence is ok comes within 24 hours for non emergency. Some office staff was nice but Most were nasty with attitude and very hard to talk and work with including and especially the managers. If youre looking for peace,quiet, and cleanliness this is not the place for you.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Treehouse of Schaumburg. The apartments are comfortable and the community has a welcoming feel. The leasing office staff does a great job, and I want to give a special thanks to Stephanie. She’s always friendly and approachable, and she truly takes the time to help with any questions or concerns. It’s clear she cares about the residents, and that makes a big difference in feeling at home here.

horrible place. barely any of the equipment was working when we moved in. the stove was always smoky and only 2/4 were working properly. not to mention that our refrigerator was broken even after we asked them to fix it. there were always problems with the bathroom. the bathtub was covered in mold. i would never recommend this apartment to anyone. the pool is nasty. people drinking alcohol, and the managers don’t care. they only care abt kids being around the pool area. dirty gym. half of the equipment broken. tons of stupid rules. they took everyone’s carpets without letting us know. the walls were all covered in dirt when we moved in. bad air condition. tons of cockroaches that they didn’t bother to take care of. we had to pay with our own money for them to be removed. the front office i

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. Management here can throw you out on the street for no reason, and their behavior toward residents is completely unacceptable. I came to the office to help my friend translate, as he does not speak English well. He had an issue with neighbors who were banging on their ceiling around 7–8 PM claiming he was making noise. Instead of helping us or explaining what steps we should take, the staff member Stefani suddenly showed me a video of my child accidentally touching a neighbor’s car with a scooter. When I asked when it happened, she said it was two weeks ago. No one had informed me earlier, which is extremely unprofessional. Living at Treehouse of Schaumburg has been a very positive experience. The grounds are kept nice, the location is convenient, and the office team is attentive. One person I’d like to recognize is Stephanie in leasing — she always treats residents with kindness and respect. She follows up quickly, explains things clearly, and makes sure issues get handled. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone so dependable in the office.
