The Tides at Waterside

I would strongly caution anyone considering living at The Tides at Waterside, especially if you value being able to actually use the outdoor space you’re paying for. We lived in what should have been one of the best units in the community, standalone, beautiful water view, private backyard, lanai… on paper, it was perfect. In reality, the outdoor area was completely unusable for an entire year due to a severe and constant midge infestation. The insects cover the backyard walls and lanai screens daily and swarm nonstop. This is not seasonal, it’s continuous. They also frequently make their way inside when the front and back doors are opened. I truly enjoyed my time living at The Tides! Loved the location and “mini house” concept. They were spacious and beautiful. The staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive! Special thanks to Ralph and Alex who are awesome! It was great walking right outside to these gorgeous sunsets. Definitely recommend!

Luis, the service technician at The Tides, was incredibly helpful. He quickly helped fix a part that had fallen off my dishwasher and also took care of my garbage can. He was friendly, kind, and very professional. I really appreciate his help and the great service!

I've been living at the Tides for almost 4 months now, and I can honestly say the team they have on site is phenomenal! The ladies in the office made moving in a breeze, and continue to be helpful by answering questions, helping us connect in the community, and making us aware of community events with their hilarious social media content and flyers posted in common spaces. The maintenance crew is top notch! They've responded to any of my repair requests within 24 hours, leave the space neat when they're finished, and have even taken the time to get to know my dog so that she's not scared when they're in our apartment. I sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication of the entire team!

The maintenance team at The Tides are wonderful. I put in my request Sunday evening and Nate was at my place Monday and took care of it. And it’s this way every time. Top notch. Thank you!
