Cisco has been absolutely amazing as our property manager! From day one, he’s been super friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He greets everyone with a positive attitude. At the same time, he’s always professional and handles everything with care and efficiency. You can really see that he’s doing his absolute best to make the property better every single day. Whether it’s improvements, maintenance follow-ups, or simply keeping communication clear and timely, Cisco goes above and beyond. It’s refreshing to have a manager who truly cares and takes pride in his work. The property is improving, morale is up, and it shows. Five stars without a doubt!

I had a tour scheduled at Summit at La Crescenta. I met with CJ, the Manager and he was amazing! He was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. His interactions with current residents truly demonstrate what a good manager he is. It’s clear that they feel comfortable and well taken care of. He’s personable and fun while still being attentive and very informative. I’m really looking forward to making Summit my new home!

I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past eight months — it’s been a nice and comfortable place overall. Unfortunately, since the new manager was hired, the experience has gone downhill. When I requested a different parking spot after falling pine cones damaged my windshield, the manager was rude and dismissive. Instead of offering help or showing concern, he simply told us to park on the street. It’s disappointing to see how much the management change has affected what used to be a great place to live.

This gated community is truly a hidden gem! The heated pool and BBQ area make it the perfect spot for family hangouts. The property is always immaculate, and the units feature some great updates. But what really makes it feel like home is the incredible staff. Property Manager Kaysha Olmos is always kind, professional, and ready to help with any questions. Maintenance Manager Arturo Flores is quick to respond and consistently keeps everything running smoothly. Knowing that such a reliable and caring team is here truly makes all the difference — this place doesn’t just feel like an apartment, it feels like home.

The maintenance (Arturo Flores) is also top-notch—quick to respond to requests, courteous, and thorough. Whether it’s a small fix or a bigger issue, they handle everything efficiently and with a great attitude.
