Gardens at La Crescenta Apartments

My boyfriend and I applied to an apartment at this location on April 20th. We then checked in with them a few days after to see if we were approved, and they mentioned that they would update us on the following Monday. The apartment owner's assistant then told us on Monday that we would be updated during the week instead. I called and checked in the following week, thinking that they were taking in applications and would choose from a pool, yet there was still no update. The assistant mentioned that she herself was unable to get ahold of her own boss, the building owner. The correspondences through email of trying to get an answer out of them lasted from April 20th-May 4th. After checking in one more time and both texting and calling the owner, I told the assistant that we expect our appli

They don’t answer or return calls. I guess they pick and choose who they want to contact. I can’t recommend this place!
