This is not where you want to live if you are of color. If you are white you have a better chance. The manager has the worst attitude towards people of color. The assistant manager is the calm one out of them both. They don’t fix anything, they delete it and say ask IT. They try to charge you for things you aren’t suppose to be charge for and everyone pays a different rent, meaning they choose whose rent goes up and whose doesn’t. They are hard to get a hold of. They don’t like kids. So if you have kids don’t live here.

I had a great experience visiting this community! The office staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel valued as a prospective resident. Excellent customer service!

They look nice but you don’t want to live here 1 trash compactor full all the time 75$ for leaving trash bag on the ground if it’s full .can hear every through the walls . Pool will never open if your late on rent they will lock your key no access to package room or laundromat . They do inspections every 3 months & come in to change the water heater filter like every 2 months ( I think they do it just to come in ) & say you can’t request repair during this but will take pictures & violate your lease . Kids under 16 cannot be outside alone.pool wristbands & $25 replacement . If you smoke cigarettes find somewhere else you have to be 20 ft away from building. Will get lease violation if they smell it during inspection or see vape in your hand , no speakers or music in the public areas ( po

EDIT: nevermind what I said below. This place is awful, I have never felt so unsafe. A man who lives in my building was caught on camera trying to get into a girls apartment, I just had to call the sheriff department for a suspicious man, and it honestly so bad. There’s been a few car break ins and some other things. Most of the people who live here are good people but that’s about as good as it gets. Do not move here. I’ve lived here almost a month and it’s nice for the most part. I understand there’s a lot of kids but the trash in the breezeways is a bit much. I saw a whole hotdog the other day! As for the area it’s not the nicest but it’s not like you go out worried about getting shot or anything, just a little sketchy at night. The apartments are adorable and well built, that’s really

I lived in Building 3000 and only discovered dangerous hidden mold in the HVAC system when I was moving out. I had it professionally tested, and the results confirmed three types of toxic mold. Because it was hidden, I couldn’t notify the landlord earlier, but when I did, Allison flat-out dismissed my concerns in emails and videos — calling it “just dust” and showing she clearly doesn’t care about tenant health or safety. What’s worse, multiple other tenants have experienced the same toxic mold problem in this building, proving this is not an isolated issue but a widespread hazard management refuses to acknowledge. Despite the clear evidence, Allison is still denying that there is mold in the unit and will likely rent it out to another tenant, putting others at risk. This reckless negli
