The Stella Apartments

The tour was absolutely great. First I had a warm welcome from the staff. The leasing consultant Tia Greer was very knowledgeable about every question and concern. Doing the walk to view the model I noticed the property was well kept. The model was clean and spacious for the price. This apartment is definitely one of my top choice.

I recently toured The Stella Apartments, and I was genuinely impressed. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the leasing agent, Tia. She was extremely detailed, patient, and genuinely helpful — especially with me coming from out of town and having a lot of questions. Tia walked me through everything step-by-step, made sure I understood all my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that’s not only nice but also has a leasing team that truly cares, I highly recommend checking out The Stella and asking for Tia.

Recently visited for a view of the property and upon entering the hostess Miss Tia was very welcoming and pleasant. Throughout the tour she was patient and had answers for any questions I had, and she was very detailed about the fees and what to expect as a new resident. I loved the room that was showed and the environment was very clean and quiet.

I recently just moved here almost a month ago. The apartment it’s nice, and affordable. The only things I don’t really like is the living room and bedrooms don’t have lights, and my floor is uneven here and there and creaks in this one spot. I would say try to get upstairs if you can because the sounds from upstairs carry and you will hear every step if you are downstairs but that’s just because how the floors are. BUT you are getting nice affordable housing. I like my apartment here, needless to say I do live upstairs. The cleaning before you move in also isn’t as good as I expected, there’s paint splatters and stains from remodeling through out my floors. Aside from that, the kitchen is absolutely beautiful! The staff in the office was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Every question I asked, they had an answer for! Destiny assited me with my tour and if I was a little hesitant about applying, I became comfortable! It pays to be respectful at all times, because you never know who’s watching
