!!!!! LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ !!!!!! I truly wanted to enjoy living at The Station at Lakeshore because the apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and the community has a lot of potential. My apartment was brand new when I moved in, and I genuinely love the layout and style. However, the overall living experience has not matched the very high cost of living here, and that has been extremely disappointing. When I first moved in, my base rent for a two-bedroom carriage-style apartment was $2,110 per month. On top of that, there were approximately $275 in additional required monthly fees, which included charges such as valet trash, pest control, and other community fees. I had an amazing experience touring The Station at Lakeshore! The community is beautiful, super clean, and in a great location — everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The absolute highlight of the experience was Bailey. She was INCREDIBLE during the tour — so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and exciting instead of overwhelming. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and loves what she does. Bailey made the apartment feel like home before I even left the tour. If you’re considering living here, definitely ask for her — she’s the best! Highly recommend The Station at Lakeshore and their amazing team.

Community looks like it’s really coming along and going to be very nice. Me and my friends are excited to move. Jackson Araneta has been fantastic to deal with throughout this entire process. He has gone above and beyond answering all of our questions and helping us get everything submitted correctly.

This is a great place to live. Quiet, clean, and lots of space on the property. The amenities are great and Bailey was extremely helpful. 5/5

You can't apply online. They change management. They need someone in the office who know what they are doing bc Bailey in the office do not know what she is doing.
