The Southern

I love it here! Its quiet, clean, the neighbors are kind. The office people are amazing and sweet. We've had absolutely no issues living here at all! Its been a paradise compared to other places I've lived. I'm hoping to recommend a friend to live here, she's already thinking about it. I love the community and the events the office holds sometimes such as live movie events or grill out parties! No other place has done this. Its a one of a kind! If you're thinking of living here I highly suggest it! It's been the most wonderful home for my family and I!

I just moved here and I completely love it here! I have not so loud neighbors, everyone stays to themselves , I haven’t seen ONE bug , the appliances looks soooo nice , I feel like I’m living rich but not breaking my bank !! If you know then you know! But this is definitely a spot I’d chose to spend my money to live ! I wish I would’ve known of this place years ago :))) . Big shout out to the lady that helped me , Hailey I pray god blesses you 1000000 times bc you’ve blessed me by getting me moved in! -300 stars if I could. Please don’t sign a lease here and report them to the Tennessee Department of Health. I was 20 years old at the time that I lived in this apartment . I only lived here for a year and experienced Black mold around the doors windows as well as the bathroom and ceiling In the main bedroom. Living in this apartment resulted in severe mold poisoning. The property management gave me a dehumidifier and said it would fix the mold. After multiple emails about the mold getting progressively worse, they sent a group of painters that scraped off the ceiling and painted over the infected area in the ceiling of the main bedroom and bathroom. Without proper treatment the black mold grew back. We ended up not resigning a lease and moving out after 12 disgusting months. Not to m

I have lived here for approximately 7 months and love it! The Southern staff are great and so are my neighbors.

Lived here for years and it’s been great. Management have always been very kind and understanding.
