The Seville Apartments

I have lived here for almost 4 years and it’s been nothing but a spectacular experience I feel so lucky to got in when I did. From the apartments to Matt the leasing agent to being downtown and next to my favorite spot Bar Torino right next door is honestly unmatched. Who doesn't like going to five star Italian dinner next door!!

Great community atmosphere with well thought out activities and events. Location is great to enjoy all downtown has to offer. Amenities are well kept. Apartment was top of line.

Seville is a convenient spot right above Bar Torino and a stones throw from the circle city center. The units are nice, utilities are efficient with a heat pump and the fourth st garage is right by the back door making it much more convenient in a city with parking issues. My dog especially enjoyed the patio unit we had overlooking the courtyard. Consider getting from Home Depot a sliding door dog door extension and your pup can enjoy the out doors on the balcony at their convenience. Don't forget to put some weather stripping on it if you do. Matt the building manager is the best I've had in the two dozen apartments I've lived in. He and the maintenance team are quick to address issues and every month there is a cool partnership event with a local business or activity. Shout out

My sister and I lived in the Seville from August ‘24-‘25 and had a great experience! The property manager, Matt, is kind and helpful. Lots of closet space, nice updated appliances, outdoor fire pit area, and the central location in Easton were some of our favorite perks of living in the Seville.

I truly enjoyed living at The Seville Apartments. You can't beat the location. So many options within easy walking distance to the restaurants, bars, stores, the river, the college, and biking trails. The building is well maintained and the property manager is very involved and frequently puts on events for the residents of the building. I moved out of state due to work relocation, otherwise I would happily still be living at The Seville.
