Al was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, and provided good advice! I was nervous for the inspection of my first home and Al was welcoming, and explained everything to me in great detail! Al was flexible with scheduling, and willing to provide us with more information or recommendations after we move in if needed.

In lieu of a full inspection Al did a 1hr walk-through of a prospective house we were considering offering on. Despite the truncated time, Al did a thorough job inspecting all the major areas, pointing out areas of concern, providing recommendations on resolutions, and patiently answered my questions throughout the whole process. He is a knowledgeable inspector and I would highly recommend his services!

Al did a phenomenal job. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, educating me about several items he identified including why and how they should be corrected. He was early to the job and totally prepared, with a professional and friendly attitude. He was extremely flexible with my work schedule and accommodated a very quick timeline. Al was fantastic to work with. He did a very thorough pre-purchase home inspection and both he and his wife were genuinely kind and honest. At the end of the inspection, Al said to call him at any time with any questions, it didnt matter if it were three years down the line. I included a cash tip, which they didn’t realize until later in the evening, and they texted me noting the difference and offered to mail it back to me. It was touching and unexpected, a rarity these days, and speaks to their honest nature. Would highly recommend for any pre-purchase home inspection!

Al completed an inspection ahead of my wife and I purchasing our first home. He was very friendly, forthcoming, and detail oriented.
