The Sedona Apartments

The views are beautiful, great sunrise and sunsets. The neighbors are friendly. There are lots of dogs for my pup to play with. The staff are nice and helpful. The apartments are close to just about everything you would need.

I’m leaving this review due to unresolved maintenance issues during our lease and an unjustified partial return of our security deposit. When we moved out, the apartment was spotless and cleaner than when we moved in. We documented everything with photos. Despite this, only $192 of our $300 security deposit was returned, with no explanation or itemized breakdown provided. For context, the following issues existed at move-in or occurred during our tenancy, all of which were documented: The dryer did not work properly from the beginning and was extremely slow. We had to request a replacement twice. The dishwasher had visible mold when we moved in. During one repair, maintenance failed to secure it back into place, nearly causing it to tip forward and damage our dishes. The air condition

Hello, I moved into “The Sedona” recently on 10/02/23 and I absolutely love it! I was able to obtain a beautiful unit on the top floor, corner of the building, also with gorgeous views overlooking the lake and swimming pool! Initially I worked with Jonathon regarding my preparations for my move in, then I worked with Shane and Kate during and after my move in…Jonathon was outstanding, and Shane and Kate have been wonderful! Shane and Kate have helped me tremendously with getting settled in my new home, both of them going above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my new place! Touring the apartment was an amazing experience! Maria Diaz was so awesome!! super nice, professional, and very thorough. She explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire tour. I’ve toured over six different apartments in the Westchase area, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I really look forward to living here!

The maintenance department, led by Pasquale and his team is exceptional. If anything needs fixing, they always show up with a smile and pleasing personality. They will not stop until the situation is taken care of and they never leave a mess. Very good team and a big reason to live here.
