I was one of the first residents at The Scenic when it opened and lived there for 2.5 years. Overall, I loved my time there! The views can't be beat, and the easy access to riverside walking/biking trails was a major highlight. The pool was easily my favorite amenity. However, in past seasons, there were upkeep issues that led to unexpected mid-summer closures and early seasonal shutdowns. During my time as a resident, the property went through several management changes, and the maintenance team appeared to be short-staffed, which may have contributed to those issues. That said, it seems they’ve since found a manager who genuinely cares about the community, so hopefully things are moving in a positive direction for current residents! One additional note: there are train tracks directly

I moved in first week of October. This place is well managed apartment complex. Alberto is one of the property managers and he is energetic, smart, and very professional. I could not be any happier with service and communication. The property is clean, service is prompt, professional, respectful, organized, and reliable and communication is thorough. We receive weekly emails of reminders, notices, and what's going on in our apartment community. Very satisfied tenant. I look forward to many years here. Thank you staff for working hard and your efforts to making everything running smoothly.

Decent value for a new building with a great view, despite the regular problems and obvious flaws. Five stars mostly due to site management (Samantha and Alberto) who are friendly, helpful, responsive, and seem to care. Some residents think rules are enforced too strictly, others think they aren't strict enough; management seems to find the middle ground. They face an endless stream of problems trying to wreck the place but they manage to hold it together with a smile. The building itself has a "budget luxury" vibe, with great features next to cheap shortcuts. Nice granite kitchens that shake if you jump. Tall ceilings that transmit every footfall. Big showers that take minutes to heat up. Giant windows with cheap miniblinds. The train tracks along the property get multiple trains per d

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Scenic Apartments in Saint Paul, and a big reason for that is Alberto. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests promptly, or just being genuinely kind and approachable, Alberto consistently delivers excellent service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about the community here.

I’ve lived in this building for a little over four months, and while the building is generally quiet, I will not be renewing my lease. Parking is a major issue. Residents are forced to pay for parking while sharing limited free parking with U.S. Bank employees and another nearby building. The paid parking spaces are extremely narrow, making parking stressful and inconvenient. The building is located extremely close to train tracks. Trains run frequently throughout the day and night and are very loud. The noise has repeatedly woken both me and my child during the night, which has been extremely disruptive. There is no included storage, and storage options cost extra. Residents are also required to pay to use the community rooms, which is unreasonable given the rent. The building layout
