The Rye

The most horrible unprofessional Apartments I have ever lived at in my life. I have no air. I don’t have proper hot water. I haven’t had proper hot water since I moved in. I’ve been there for two months. They destroyed my kitchen for a month. They keep adding these late fees and raising my rent even though I was told I was gonna get a credit. They have ignored every message every call every email that I have sent. The lady is very weird and very rude. Very unprofessional. This is overall the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I still have yet to have air in my unit and it is getting very hot outside and I still don’t have hot water majority of the time.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially KiM NATiONS She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s handled it with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine smile. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the community the way she does. Thank you, KiM for making this place feel like home!

This place definitely doesn't even deserve a 1 star review at the moment. But as it looks like they are once again asking for more positive reviews that they pay for. I can speak from experience as back in November they sent out emails asking residents to post positive reviews to enter a raffle for gift cards. I was one of those "winners". Definitely read the reviews that don't have 5 stars as those are the ones that actually represent the property. If you want new pets it's a great place to live as the buildings have multiple apartments that have roach and bedbug infestations. And if you want to have an indoor wading pool be sure to get a 1st floor apt as when it rains or the sewer backs up it collects inside the apartments so nicely. ⚠️ BEWARE!!!!! WARNING ⚠️ Living at The Rye Apartments has been one of the most stressful, disgusting, and regretful decisions I have ever made. The rent they charge here is honestly insulting when you see the actual living conditions they expect people to tolerate. This property is filthy and completely neglected. The hallways are nasty, smell terrible, and look like they rarely get cleaned. Dog poop is constantly left all over the property like management just doesn’t care at all about sanitation or residents. Trash piles up around buildings and dumpsters, making the entire complex look and feel run down and unhealthy. The roach problem here is beyond out of control. Just wanted to get on here and say that our cleaning lady had been doing an amazing job. Me and my partner were just talking about it the other day I can’t think of a single time I’ve seen any trash or miscellaneous debris in the hallways. She also has a very friendly demeanor and is very polite.
