We live at The Row Waterside Apartments, and we are truly so happy here. It is absolutely beautiful — it genuinely feels like living at a luxury resort every single day. What makes this place exceptional is the staff. Jose in maintenance goes far beyond his job description. He is always reachable, dependable, and someone you can truly count on. From day one, he made us feel like family. Whether it’s a clogged toilet, a lockout, or anything unexpected, it’s handled immediately and with kindness. The manager, Jodi Blake, is outstanding. Since she arrived, the entire atmosphere of the community feels elevated. She listens carefully, addresses concerns promptly, and radiates positive leadership. Moving to The Row was such a great choice! The place is beautiful, and I have to say José, the head of maintenance, is amazing. It’s great to see how he works with his team and checks every detail. Common area maintenance has significantly improved this past year under José’s management. Really happy living here!

Don’t recommend it at all! I know apartments can be noisy but this one is unbelievable. Or maybe it’s just our upstairs neighbors. They have two dogs, and we didn’t have a good night sleep since they moved in. The dogs running around day and night, the neighbors stomping around the house in the middle of the night, dropping and moving things, not to mention the dog toys bouncing all the time.. If you want peace, avoid this place! We made plenty of complaints by email, the office didn’t even bother to reply. We talked with them in person, they told us every time, not to talk with the neighbors, they’ll take care of it. Of course it never happened, shame on the staff. The only good thing I can say about the place is the maintenance guys, they’re awesome. I’m counting the days until our lease

Incredible staff, always available 7 days a week. The entire property is spotless, including the pool, gym, and game room. Any need is immediately addressed by the building management, who are always responsive and quick to resolve any issue. Maintenance is fast and highly professional—I even had Jose respond to me at 11 pm. Truly outstanding service. I’m very happy to live here.

The entire staff was very nice and helpful upon moving in . Tara Rae Jarvis and David were great! The amenities and access to the waterside town make this the perfect combination. Very happy to live here .
