The Rigney Apartments

The people: I appreciate the staff here so much! When my partner and I moved here from another state (without ever even having seen this property in person, picking a floorplan that we hoped would work via just the dimensions and layout provided on their site), Seneca was able to arrange for our move in and Lindsay was there to meet us with our key and get us squared away, both are very helpful over the phone and in person. The maintenance guys Deandre and Jasper are so friendly (especially if they see you with a dog 😉) and seem to love the work they do to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The apartment: One of the 2 bedroom layouts, soooo spacious! And well lit! After having been in apartments where I basically had to provide my own lighting, it's nice to have a living room/kitchen area

At first I came to just help a friend move in. Once I was at her apartment I had to take a look around! . I was honestly blown away by the amenities offered. Clubhouse and gym. Spot on!! Check all boxes!

I popped in to look at these brand new apartments and was greeted with such kindness by the property manager, Senaca. He was so happy to take me on a tour of the property and to show me the exact apartment I was looking for and I immediately fell in love with this place. For being a single lady, the one bedroom one bathroom is so spacious and is perfect for me and my 2 dogs. And as for being dog friendly, I love that they have a dog park that I can take my dogs to! The maintenance guys, DeAndre and Jasper are so sweet, and so helpful and want to ensure that the residents are all happy and satisfied! My move here was the best decision I could have made for myself! Come check out how beautiful this place is! You won’t regret it!!

Seneca and Gentiana did an amazing job at showing us around and explaining all of the great features of the property. They assured us the property is dog friendly. They were very attentive to our needs and we appreciate their help in our home search.

My family and I just moved in and we had the best experience. Lindsey and Seneca were amazing with helping us get into the Rigney and the unit we wanted. The maintenance folks are expedient and friendly. It’s pet friendly. In addition, it’s like living at a resort. It is quiet and clean. I definitely recommend the Rigney for your new home. It feels like home to my family and I.
