Patrick was nothing but amazing. Patrick provided our new build home inspection for us in March 2024. He spent so much time inspecting everything about our home. He caught numerous issues that we were able to take back to the builder to fix prior to closing. His report was impeccably detailed and very organized and easy to understand.
