The Resort at University Park Apartment Homes

Resort at University Park is truly a gem. The staff and managers are kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The entire community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and very well-organized. The location is stunning and makes everyday living feel like a getaway. I feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable here absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home.

Looking for an apartment was something I was looking forward to. I visited multiple other apartment complexes; all built within the last 5 years. Despite the build date being four times older than the other units I had walk throughs, The Resort at University Park was by far the most upkept and clean; both in and outside of the units. Both Karren and Alison have been an absolute pleasure to work with. It was clear they strive to make every aspect of the processes both smooth and comfortable. Most all questions I had or would have had, were answered before I asked in very welcoming and informative fashion. I just moved from Texas and I LOVE this place. First, Reuben in the office really helped me out! He was professional and friendly and he answered all my (many) questions and kept me in the loop the entire process. Second, the property is beautiful and quiet. I don't even hear my neighbors. I'm in the Biltmore (798sq ft) and it's beautiful. High ceilings, lots of windows, washer/dryer in unit, pet friendly, and tons of storage! Plus every apartment gets a garage!! I haven't had to call on maintenance, but I heard the maintenance here won awards for being so good! Hope to be here for years!

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Staff is awesome. They put on community events every once in a while and it's a great way to meet the friendly neighbors. Hot tub, sauna, garage, and walking trails are awesome. One thing to note is that the hill into apt complex can be hard to drive on when it snows, be careful. I have been here a little more than 7 months. Update: Someone accidentally ran into the gym's window/wall with their car which left it unusable. Most apartment complexes would drag their feet getting something like that fixed making you pay for amenities that you aren't able to use, I certainly have been at apartments like that and know others that have too. Not here, they got it back up and working in only a few days!

Great community in a nice location. Very helpful staff when we traveled with my son to help him find a new apartment. He loves it so far, as do we. 👍🏾
