My wife, daughter and I have lived at The HB Residences at Pacific City for two years. It’s a fantastic location with so many entertainment options within a short walk, including the beach! It’s the most attractive, modern living space combined with the best amenities! The complete office staff has been so supportive in reacting with kindness and professionalism in each and every circumstance we may find. The same can be said for the maintenance team, we feel like we’re friends with many of them, so responsive and kind. While not every single community issue can be solved immediately, almost every single apartment issue has been. We can strongly suggest that if you become a new resident; you will experience the same support and satisfaction.

The community is fun, active, and full of great people — there’s always something going on, from mixers to resident events that make it easy to connect and feel at home. The amenities are excellent and always well taken care of. Most of all, the staff are incredible — from the leasing team to maintenance, everyone is genuinely friendly, responsive, and supportive. It’s such a positive place to live and truly feels like a community, not just an apartment complex.

Our experiences at Residences at Pacific City have been exceptional. Resort quality apartments and spectacular amenities just a block off the beach. The best part of living at Pacific City is the entire team that works there. Tori has been at the community since we moved in and she goes above and beyond to help us out and feel special. Th Residences at Pacific City is hands down the best luxury apartment complex in Huntington Beach. I have toured all of the so called “luxury” apartment complexes in Huntington Beach and there is no comparison. The property, apartments, amenities, cleanliness and walkability are unmatched. It is truly resort living and it gives you the “living on vacation” feeling. The onsite office team is available 7 days a week. The onsite team, Rachel, Tori, Peter, Jack, David, Bryan and Alice are always welcoming, friendly, helpful and super responsive in answering any questions or concerns. The porter company is super detailed and the complex is always immaculate. The maintenance team is quick in answering and resolving maintenance requests.
