The Residences at Eastpointe Ridge

I have been a resident here for over a year and have had a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly and respond to any issue in a timely manner. They recently held an event for rescued cats that I attended and really enjoyed. Since I attended the event I did end up adopting a kitten and Ella and Rhyan have made the process so easy. They have worked with me every step of the way keeping me informed about everything. The property is kept up nice and I have really enjoyed my time here.

We’ve been living here for over a year and have never had an issue here. The community is well maintained, and anytime we’ve needed something, maintenance has been quick to respond and resolve the issue. The leasing office has also been wonderful to work with; very attentive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an inexpensive and well-run apartment complex!

I’ve had such a positive experience living at The Residences at Eastpointe Ridge. The community is beautifully maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—everything from the layout to the finishes makes it feel like home. The amenities are a huge plus such as, the pool, gym, and quick access to major grocery stores, restaurants, and overall shopping. The community is always clean and well taken care of, making it easy to relax or stay active without leaving the property. What really sets this place apart is the management and maintenance team. I was a resident for a year! I can easily and loudly say Ella & Rhyan - the leasing managers are MORE than helpful! this wa any first time renting and as a young renter, I hope others get the same experience I did! Thank You guys again for all that yall do! Hope to rent Again!

The leasing consultant, Rhyan, is amazing! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, patient and empathetic. She provides an experience from initially touring to move-in that is unmatched! You can tell she knows what she's doing and that she cares which is very much appreciated as the entire moving process can cause a ton of stress and anxiety.
