As a long time resident of Bedford Place, the best experience I want to describe is with my maintenance staff + specifically Branndon. He consistently raises the bar with every interaction. He is timely, addresses issues immediately, and always follows up with me. He is a definite asset to the property and Ackerman.
My favorite thing about this complex is that it feels like I'm living in a home versus an apartment. The resident events are always fun and being able to have my dog with me and have plenty of green space is a major plus!
I’ve had a really good experience at Bedford Place. It’s quiet and cozy, and the people in the office are so easy to work with. The community has a friendly feel, and it’s nice not having to worry about things getting taken care of.
I love it here. A beautiful little quiet , safe neighborhood ! The staff is AMAZING . Bobbi and Eva made moving in so fast and convenient ! Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
I enjoy my stay here and I want to thank the staff at Bedford Place and particularly Eva, Boby and Brandon and every other staff that is making this place a great place to live. I want to thank you again for making this community, clean, quite and friendly.
