The Reserve at Liberty Park New Homes in Braselton by Fischer Homes

We purchased our home In 2019. Already our floors are separating. The bathtub was chipped and fisher refuses to fix it. Our roof is buckling and we have rot and cracked facia boards. It isn’t worth the money. Additionally our HOA is horrible. We pay $1200 annually and what do they do with that money?

We built in here with Fischer. The build quality is mediocre, pretty much the definition of "builder grade" materials. The pool needs repairs and we are told that there is no money for repairs. We do not have control of the HOA and cannot figure out where our money is going.

We’ve lived here for 5 years and have had several issues with the builder and the company running our HOA (Beacon Management Services). Luckily we have a house with a large lot unlike the ones they are building in the back.

We visited here to see a home that is for sale. Cute little neighborhood where although the houses are relatively close together, they're situated well on their lots so it is not as noticeable.
