If you want to know how good an agent really is, throw a complex appraisal issue at them and see what happens. I just closed an 'as-is' deal (where I represented the seller) with Anita Tatum representing buyers, and she is the definition of a professional. When the lender and appraiser threw us a curveball, Anita didn't blink. We stayed solution-oriented and stayed in constant contact with each other to ensure everyone stayed on track. A huge shoutout to her TC, Emily Adkison, as well—her organization with amendments and deadlines kept us sane! We closed late through no fault of the team, but most importantly, we closed successfully. I highly recommend Anita to anyone looking in the Atlanta or Northeast Atlanta area. I'm so grateful for our agent Dallas who went above and beyond to find my mother her home. She was so willing and patient throughout the process.
