I love living here. Management is great and friendly. Ms. V is an extraordinary individual and always greets you with a smile.

My mom stay in these apartments and they are nice and well kept. I don't understand why they don't have a maintenance person onsite. I don't like the fact that they keep going up on rent and most residents are on a fix income. Looking for someone to call about that? Please lead me in the right direction.

I love the property owners concept it is a apartment home not just an apartment. I love everything about my apartment. I live in a 2 bedroom. I love the floor plan, cleanliness of the property. Quiet and safe I haven't had any problems. I love the convenience to the stores, There is a Walmart and other stores near that you can walk to for those that do not have a car. When my family and friends visit they all compliment where I stay and that makes me proud.

I enjoy living here. Everyone is so polite and the community is quiet and peaceful. Violetta is so kind and very professional. I would recommend this community to whom ever is looking for a great place to live.

I called this morning to inquire about residence at the Reserve at Grant Road apt homes and Ms Jackie was very professional and most of all helpful in her detailed responses of my questions for my search.
