My meeting of pursuing a residency at This Site with Gerard & McKinney was the most respectful and supportive, an understanding experience I’ve ever had! They listened and spoke truth, they were attentive and on their A game! Sometimes patience and determination is needed! Recommend anyone to come have a fresh start and new beginning here anytime! Nothing is perfect and when I say nothing I mean just that stop overthinking and start being logical to what living to your needs really means with what you can afford and keep up with in your personal responsibilities. I met Cynthia in the office today. She had the unit ready for my self tour. I thought the property looked clean. I toured the two bedroom model which didn’t have a stove and it seemed as though the water heater may be serviced since the door was open and panel was off. If all things were in order, I would say it was a nice looking apartment. It could use upgraded countertops and faucets but it is decent. The apartment is spacious and gets a good amount of sunlight. I don’t understand why there are 3 one bedroom units available TODAY but they are not available to see, but a two bedroom needing work is available to see. The property seems very quiet which another plus. I didn’t get to see any amenities. Before renting, I would want to see the unit I would be in.

Gerrard Nikita Mr. Keith & Jesus are a great team. Ever since I moved in they all have been great in communication and responding. Gerrard made my move smooth and took great care of me. The best move I’ve had yet.

My rental process went smooth. Gerald the leasing manager was very knowledgeable, professional and humble during the process. (Great asset to his rental team) 😊 I love my apartment and the space that the unit provides. I’ll be referring others that’s looking for a nice rental unit.

I leased an apartment, based on the model I was unable to see my unit until the day I was to move in…… I was absolutely mortified, I walk the unit it was almost like going into a dungeon it was like the maintenance people just put all of their junk and broken up items in the hallway area, the windows and windowsill had mold and debris all around them, the light fixtures had bugs, there was a curtain rod that was rusted like an old car, the bathroom had a vent that was open and filthy. In the kitchen the dish washer was not in strapped in and the handles on the cabinets were barely hanging on, the dining room floor had a chunk take out the bedroom had nice poop in the closet and bedroom carpet. It was awful I’m still waiting for a refund I guess I have to call and be ignored once again Upd
