The Radler

We’ve been a part of The Radler community for almost two years now, and we’ve had minimal issues with the complex overall. What we love most about this place is the incredible community we’ve built here. We’ve made many friends, and it’s all thanks to the amazing events that Abigail organizes each month. Abbys hosting and event planning skills are phenomenal. Each event is first-class and incredibly intentional. It’s one of the reasons that keeps us here! You don’t find events like this at many other places. Thank you so much Abigail, for all that you do!!

From start to finish, this leasing office went above and beyond for us. As an engaged couple preparing for our first home together, we had a few unique circumstances, and they truly worked with us every step of the way. King, especially, was exceptional — patient, kind, and incredibly responsive, even during the holidays. He answered every question, reassured us through the process, and made what could have felt overwhelming feel steady and supported. Chelsea was also wonderful — she always answered the phone with such an upbeat, helpful attitude and was consistently willing to jump in and assist however she could. Update review 😊 I must say my husband and I are very happy to be part of the community here at The Radler! It’s very well kept, very quiet, everyone is friendly, Chelsea and King are the best, we are so close to everything which is awesome and super convenient, and love the events that are set up for everyone here. Abigail O’Neel the event coordinator for The Radler is the best as well! She made us feel more at home :) and we look forward to future events! I’m active duty military and I was in need of an apartment due to a recent change in station. After looking at various facilities I decided on The Radler due to its amenities, location, and its staff, particularly Chelsea, the leasing agent that assisted me. I’ll be honest, most of the amenities (being pet friendly and all the associated perks for pets, a pool, grills, a clubhouse, being smoke free, etc.) are phenomenal , but don’t really apply to me. The gym, which was larger than any of the other properties I visited, is the main one that peaked my interest on that front. It is still nice to have all of the other options just in case I ever decide to pursue them though. The location is great. I applied for an apartment, and while my application was still pending and the background check was underway, I decided not to move forward. The third-party screening company had my bank statements that were submitted promptly, but they also require statements reflecting 6–7 times the rent. I provided what I had access to, yet they repeatedly asked me to resubmit documents and provide additional statements from other accounts, requests I found invasive and excessive, especially since they already had my employment and income information. I notified Chelsea, and shared with her how uncomfortable this was because this isn’t a home. This was for an apartment! I refused to give them that amount of information.
