Jalen, the manager, runs the property exceptionally well. You can tell he takes pride in the community and truly cares about residents having a great experience. Madilyn and Stephanie in the office have also been incredible, always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They make the leasing process and everyday communication smooth and stress free. Maintenance has been just as impressive. Antrone, Eric, and Charlie are prompt, respectful, and efficient. I’ve been living at The Quinn for about a month now, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The courtyard is easily one of the best I’ve seen in Pensacola. Madi in the front office is an absolute sweetheart , professional, personable, and genuinely fun to talk to. She has been amazing from day one. For transparency, the complex is exactly what I was looking for: simple, clean, and safe. Since it’s a new build, the apartment sizes could be a bit bigger, there could be more grassy areas for our fur babies, and the walls are on the thinner side. That said, the property is very clean and well-kept. Any issue I’ve had was handled promptly and efficiently, and the move-in incentives I received were truly chef’s kiss. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here.

We moved here last may and have enjoyed every minute. Madilyn, Stephanie & Jalen are so friendly at every event and are always so helpful when I go into the office. Antrone, Eric and Charlie work very hard to keep the grounds and amenities in pristine condition. Living here is like being on vacation every day. I absolutely love visiting my friend who lives at The Quinn! Every time I’m there, the staff makes me feel so welcome, especially Madi. She always goes above and beyond to make sure residents and guests are taken care of. One time, Madi even helped my friend carry in some big packages when it was pouring rain, such a small thing, but it really showed how much she cares! You can tell The Quinn puts so much time and effort into keeping their grounds beautiful and their community running smoothly. I even started following their reels because I love seeing all the fun updates and behind-the-scenes moments. Such a great place with an amazing team!

Although I haven't required maintenance thus far, Antrone and Eric are always visible and ready to assist, which is reassuring. The community is filled with friendly faces, and the grounds are always maintained, making it a pleasure to come home every day.
