Just closed on my house today! Working with Hai and his amazing assistant Katie was an effortless experience! They were always resourceful, always on point with expediting paperwork and tasks within the home buying process, and just over all very kind and amazing people! My girlfriend and I feel so lucky to have met Hai and his team and I would definitely recommending them to family, friends, or anybody that wants to purchase a home!

Hai Ho and Katie Nguyen made the home buying process incredibly simple and stress free. All we had to worry about was planning the move and how we were going to decorate the house. Hai was very flexible to show us homes and re-visit until we found “the one”. Hai has a lot of knowledge of builders in the area, what they offer, and what would really fit what we were looking for. Katie helped coordinate everything on the financial side with the company and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Very easy and a wonderful, knowledgeable team that really knows the ins and outs of properties in Pensacola.

I can't say enough about how well I was taken care of by Hai. He was truly heaven sent. He listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for. Finally guiding us to the perfect match. Then, when Katie started working behind the scenes our dream became a reality. They both truly care about their clients.
