The Pointe at Robinhood Village

We moved here the beginning of December and we can honestly say its one of the best decisions we have made. The buildings, landscaping, pool, gym are kept up beautifully. Everyone, from the administration to the maintenence crew, are an absolute delight!! We highly recommend The Pointe at Robinhood!!

I moved into The Pointe at Robinhood Village in October of 2024 and have never been happier. A widow moving from Tennessee to be close to family yet leaving family behind. My neighbors and this staff have become family to me. The process of paperwork and getting set up coming from out of state was all explained in the new residence packet I received even priortizing what to do first. So helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question they were prompt in responses. Always have time to say hello when they see me out walking my dog. Monthly activities for residents keeps me looking for clues like in our weekly bingo. I feel very safe in this area having access to groceries, banks, restaurants in walking distance. The maintenance team is always very respectful, helpful, and quick to respond to any work orders I put in. They are incredibly mindful of my pet when coming into my apartment, and have always been kind and considerate to myself, my pet, and any guests I have. Last Friday I put a work order in with urgency, and within a few hours, someone was at my apartment and the problem was fixed within 15 minutes. They're the best!

Living here has been an awesome experience. I've been renting for 4 years and will be renewing for my 5th. Management is friendly and always responsive. The maintenance staff always gets the job done. My apartment was clean when I moved in and without issues. I highly recommend The Pointe at Robinhood Village to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. I'm thankful to have found such a great community.

I'm a current resident. The app process was 5 stars. They were extremely friendly and accommodating during the app process, helpful and never made me feel rushed as I asked questions. The unit I wanted wasn't available when I was approved but soon after was, so they quickly pivoted me to the one I wanted even though they didn't have to considering I was already locked into a different unit. Property managers are wonderful and very friendly! I give safety 5 stars. I feel very safe here and can walk to many places without the need to drive. It's SO convenient to be able to walk to get groceries, ship a package, grab a bite to eat, go to the pharmacy, have a drink with friends, get hair and nails done, access a storage unit close by.
