The Pointe at Fort Union

I absolutely love love love it here !! Being elderly i appreciate the people that work here because anytime i need anything they have shown up within less than 24 hours. They are always polite and very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better crew !!! The price is within my budget for 2 bdrms. My apartment is awesome!!! Got some on property storage which is a bonus! The new playground is great for my grandkids, not far from my front door at all. The picknic area is the best because they supply the bbq pits and a dog park that is kept clean and my little dogs can't excape from. We even have bus stops real close and convenient to get to for shopping !!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! No complaints from me, love it!

I’ve have Mary as a property manager for a couples years now and she is nothing professional and understanding. She goes out of her way to make sure everybody is treated equal and respected by not only the staff but neighbors as well. The property has really made a turn around since she has been here and I see it only getting better as she progresses with this state. New lighting, new upgrades, fire pit looks amazing used it a couple times it’s a great ambience.

Not a good place to rent from hence the 2.1 star review they have. Our apartment reeked of cigarettes the entire time we lived there so I’m assuming the previous renter smoked heavily indoors as we do not smoke. The “smoking rules” are not enforced at all, our upstairs neighbors smoked right off of the balcony and threw cigarette butts all over my patio. My girlfriend Isabel left a review as well and I’d like to respond to some of the points the property manager mentioned in her response to her review, we were never offered a door sweep or regular pest control. She works from home so the comment about “always being away” during their business hours for maintenance is also a lie. Very poor response from management attempting to make the renters look like they are in the wrong instead of own

I've lived at the Azlee apartments and the Point of Fort union I didn't realize they had the same management until I moved in the point of fort union it was nothing but stress. I moved out because my rent kept getting increased once we got new management almost 200 dollars that's not including the utilities that are an extra 200 a month as well for maintenance fees that never get taken seriously. When you call the office nobody responds or is even on site when there is a problem. Horrible management Maddie told us I had to submit a request on Domuso app to report kids running around all day unsupervised trashing the patio next to us since they took out the only park for them to play on ,Maintenance was no help the cameras only cover the office and not the property I was told so why even b

Be careful Maddie told my landlord I was sleeping with the maintenance guy and that he was paying my rent all because he spent too much time at my house after I had leaks from upstairs and mold in my walls and our carpet were my kids sleep. .I called the owner and he promised to replace the carpet atleast and that never happened Maddie said I can't prove how I pay my rent because I dont make 3x the rent and I have had problems over the years so have to move at the end of the year . I'm okay with that all I was doing was making sure my apartment was safe for my kids be careful if you speak up to management.
