The Point at Greystone

We stayed here for a few months from Feb 2023 to August. The apartment was very nice. Had a few ant issues and a moldy smell in the main bathroom but other than that, it was decent. Anna, the property manager at the time, was great!

This is an amazing apartment complex! From attending an open house, to signing the lease, I never had any complaints. Since this is a brand new community, there were some tiny maintenance fixes that were handled quickly and efficiently. Anna is so quick to respond to any questions about anything concerning the property. I'm so impressed by how nice the units are on the inside and the outside and love the convenient location. It's a pleasure to be a resident at The Point at Greystone!

The new leasing-lady, Rebecca is so unprofessional. She has this passive-aggressive attitude and doesn’t respond in a timely manner. she WILL leave you on “Read” for DAYS. I miss Anna (The previous leasing agent) she was so sweet and attentive. Don’t get me wrong I loved my apartment, but that was until it started falling apart, walls cracking & chipping, flooring was coming up, all within less than a year. Also they won’t come and do a maintenance-routine to make sure MANDATORY things in your apartment are okay (how most apartments complex do, I mean at-least shoot us an email or something) They have no structure over here what-so-ever. P.S: They don’t have any amenities, no pool, gym, park, etc. Not even a leasing office. You have to pay rent online with a $70+ convenience fee. I don’
