I lived here for a year. I just want to start off with saying that it is listed as a one-bedroom, but is a tiny studio in all actuality. It's sketchy as all get out. What do I mean by that you ask? For one, I always felt I was overcharged in utilities as I did my best to use next to nothing. For another I never actually met another soul here. It was extremely hard to navigate and figure out how to get ahold of maintenance, or anybody really. Another fun thing, my lease ended during a holiday weekend. They expect you to read the fine details of your lease and know that you have to get a 60 day notice that you are leaving. Keep in mind it's hard to get ahold of these people, and I tried sending emails texts and calling when my lease ended to get the keys back and to get an inspection. I even
When it comes to this property and the area it’s in is not bad per se…but the people that live there? Go ahead and move in if you want Domestic violence in front of you. That the office does nothing about when several people report it…or how they let kids run around and destroy the fences and when emailed picture and video proof do nothing along of video proof of them hitting multiple cars with balls that leave dents… The only bright spot is Mike the maintenance guy. He’s super attentive and gets to issues right away. The rent is cheap, none of the bedrooms will be able to fit any bed size over a full sized bed. And when you move out due to not feeling safe and having to have cameras up they will charge you not only 1 months extra rent but a nice 2k parting fee… this place and property ma
DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! Where do I start….. one the parking lot entrance is pretty much a one way so if someone is there pulling out you have to stop in the street and wait for you to be able to pull in. If you have issues you won’t be able to get in contact with anyone because someone’s only in the office one day out of the week for four hours. The dryers and washers don’t work. My first week there teenagers came and threw a chair at my door and nothing was done about it. Black mold is all over the place and they don’t do anything about it other than wipe it and say it won’t come back when it will. Acs leak, walls drip with orange stuff from past smokers who have lived in the apartments, floor is very cheap, can hear everything outside/ from other apartments. You pay for
This is a terrible place to suggest for housing. Where should I start, well for one they don’t come and fix anything around here. The walls are soft as a pillow you could literally lean on the wall and a hole occurs. When I report it the “maintenance” man he did nothing to resolve the situation but told a lie that he was going to reconstruct the wall. Instead he puts a cardboard to cover the wall, which is very tacky and unprofessional. I should not have to put a serial of work orders for something to get fix(still til this day these holes in the wall are not fixed) At this property you get charged for extra things that aren’t listed on the lease. Terry in the office is very rude and has an unpleasant presence. Nobody has came to fix the air conditioner filter which has beetles and spide
I moved in 3 months ago. The pricing seemed reasonable, but there are hard to find costs. I found out they charge you to use their laundry machines $5 to wash and dry. The lease allows them to up your utilities bill with a months notice whenever they choose. I had to find a place with relatively short notice, so I signed it, but I’ve lived here 3 months and my monthly bill went up $100. It’s a dangerous entrance and parking is terrible. My internet is $55 dollars a month. I know the provider and at that rate, I should be getting almost 10x the speeds I am. It’s 12 mb/s on a hardline connection. Signing a year lease here was a mistake. I can afford it, but you may not be able to.
