We were only a few weeks away from starting a custom home when we discovered a home that Will was building. It was so similar to our custom home plan and had so many upgrades not usually seen in spec homes, that we couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase this home. We couldn’t be happier with our home built by Will Daley of Heritage Homes in Statesboro, GA. The house is absolutely stunning, with countless “wow” factors throughout — far from a basic, cookie-cutter design. Will is a true custom home builder, and while we didn’t contract him to build our home specifically (it was completed and placed on the market before we found it), it still feels as though it was built just for us. From the start, Will has been extremely responsive with any questions or issues, even during our 1-year new home warranty period.
