I lived here for almost 4 years prior to moving. The only reason I left was due to purchasing a home. Honeslty the best apartments in the city. They are beautiful, quiet, very nice neighbors and Ginger in the office is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone looking in midtown to consider them.

Gated and Secured Community. Very modern apartments homes. The landscape is beautifully manicured and Ginger, the leasing agent was very welcoming! We highly recommend these upscale homes for convience to the inner city, privacy and wonderful neighbors! Stop by and check them out.

At the Park is one of the Best Apts. in Memphis, Tennessee. Centrally located and connected to a lot of fun activities including restaurants. The Leasing office Manager Heather is very Professional, and has a very Kind Heart ❤️. The Assistant Manager Ginger is also very Professional and has a Sweet spirit.❤️ Heather and Ginger will go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. Marshall and Torez are the Best in taking care of your maintenance needs when ever you have a request 😊 they are Awesome 😊 I personally Love living at @the Park because the whole staff makes you feel like your'e at Home 🏡

If I could give no stars I would. Very racially profiled. Always feel like I’m watched. I believe they hired a neighborhood watcher. A woman. That lies and seeks attention. However, I’m a person a very private person so I feel unsafe. It gets annoying at times because I was thinking about signing another lease here, but I had a lot of time to mediate on my decision and I’m gladly not to be a resident at this location anymore. It’s unfair that I feel like I don’t belong here because of my appearance or the kind of car I drive that. Everyone might look over this comment because of all the good ones, but this is my experience. I wouldn’t dare recommend this place to a dog !

I wish I could give 6 stars. I just finished my year long lease and could not have been more happy with my experience. The management is constantly on top of keeping the complex clean and safe, there’s security that patrols the parking lot every night, and the residents are more than friendly. I think I submitted one maintenance request my entire lease term. The real hero is Ginger Mark. She consistently went above and beyond with communication and help if I ever had a question or concern. Even after my lease was over, she made sure I received an item I had left. Nothing but good things to say about this place!!
