The Park at Sunderland Apartments

Recently moved to the Birmingham area and found this hidden gem. Love it so far. Neighbors are friendly. Property is clean. Bathtub and shower is very nice. I would like to thank Carla and Daniela in the office for everything. They were very helpful and kind. Definitely an asset to the property.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!! Moved into a two bd, 2 bath on September 1st of this year. Literally stayed a week and a leak happened in one of my bathrooms. This was a Sunday so all I could do was put a maintenance request in. Monday morning comes I’m sleeping then I all of a sudden I hear a waterfall. This was around 9:30/10a.m. I get up look in the bathroom and check and see why the leak just sounded like that when it’s just dripping . I go look in the main bathroom whyyyyy the heck is all my decorations and floor mates wet from the vent on the ceiling ?????? You talking about pissed 😡! There was another problem in the this bathroom as well. I’m panicking calling the renters insurance claims cause this is a serious problem . Ten minutes go by and the bathroom smells like feces . So the young lady I believe her name was Tatiyanna, was very insightful and helpful. I really enjoyed both my tours with Tatiyanna and Brandon. They both had great knowledge of the community. Great place to be.

I just have a question if anyone can answer this, is there anywhere stated in the agreement about if you have to break the lease and leave out early? I would like to know any details before proceeding with the application. I would not like to have this in mind, but the previous apartments that I had stayed at did not have this information in my lease agreement, so I was at a financial loss for a little while due to what they wanted me to do in order to pay off more of my usual rent. Thank you
