The Park at Hibiscus Apartments

This is my second year here and I absolutely love the neighborhood and management Nathalie has been very understanding and so sweet. Maintenance has been way better since new management. Awesome place to live.

We’ve been here since April and we love it, the apartment is very spacious and maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly.

Barbi is a great property manager. She really does take care of the residents. She has cleaned up the property and is responsive. Now that we have a permanent maintenance person, the maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I enjoy living here and think we are on back to being a great place to live.

The place has gone downhill since they been under new management. Ms. Kim was the best! The property can’t keep a maintenance man so service request aren’t being handled in a timely manner. The new property manager barely answers the phone or responds to text. Also they’re only offering 6 or 9 month leases to the current renters so they can constantly raise the rent sooner than a year. No upgrades are offered when you renew. The property is fairly quiet and neighbors are friendly. But as far as management goes just beware!

Called to inquire & Samantha helped me. She was great! Answered all my questions & was super patient !
