The Park at Downtown (Colony North)

I’ve been here a few months and I love it here. Natasha walks the property and is very attentive to the tenants needs. You can tell she really cares about keeping the property safe and clean. The new management is top tier. Very peaceful, quiet, and great neighbors. Good maintenance.

I am having the worst experience with my family in this complex apartments, management and maintenance both are very irresponsible when it comes to the safety of the tenants. I have made work orders and also notified the manager about my apartment having black mold and kitchen cabinets being ripped of by the maintenance guys and they are trying to make me pay for it. I have a premature baby and black mold its not safe for him or us, tould them i couldn’t live in those conditions and the are trying to make me pay for the repairs of cabinets and mold, using a very unprofessional method of communication i do bot recommend anyone to lease here till they take matter on this individual’s. I’ve lived here for 2 years. New management is kicking people out to “renovate” not worth the money and the management is changed every few months. My roof leaked for a year and new owners don’t honor lease agreements.

Leasing office is closed during business hours. Nobody answers the phone or returns your call should you leave a message. Don't bother wasting your time.
