The staff of this place is totally unprofessional! They're very dishonest and they have poor communication. The manager is very smirky and rude. She has a very petty low spirited attitude towards potential tenants. I reported her to Fair Housing -Florida Commission on Human Relations in Tallahassee.They also lied about giving me a live video tour and it was abruptly cancelled. I believe they cater to a certain demographic of people if you get my drift.

Beware!!!! The staff here is disgustingly rude and very dishonest. They miscommunicated information about income verification and then the manager called me and told a bold face lie then hung up on me. Also they abruptly cancelled the live guided tour after they scheduled it for no reason. These are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. They also cancelled my application for no reason and they weren't professional enough to communicate with me why. They've been reported that the fair housing commission.

I have a friend who just moved in and loves it. Says the apartments are spacious & Sarah and Lorena have been extremely helpful in the process.

Honestly the staff is extremely friendly, although many of them are very unhelpful and even useless. Maintenance personal was also very pleasant but most of my issues since move in still persists. Many times I've walked into or called the office only to be forgotten probably the moment I was out of site. I was constantly told they will call me back or check in with me in a day or so which I've not once gotten. I'm not even sure where to start. I have a 2br/2ba, and since the day of my move-in the main bathroom which has the only tub in the apt has been unusable. The water in the tub and the sink come out dirty.
