The Palms

Thank you so much, Mrs. Claudia, for helping me get settled into my apartment. Nice property, nice apartment, easy, smooth process. Mrs. Claudia has a really great attitude and personality; she’s very helpful.

i’ve stayed at this apartment complex for a year and before moving in it required a $300 deposit after my lease was up i demanded my deposit back i keep getting the run around and keep getting told that the supervisor was emailed but at first she said she was going to call him and then forgot she said that and then turned around and said he don’t have a phone number it’s only email on top of that the apartment was infested with any insect you could think of the windows were nailed shut and some of the windows had cracks in them which caused all my air to go outside cause the apartment to never get cold also causing my bill to be sky high the name of the apartments are The Palms Apartments. My lease was October 31, 2025 and today is February 24, 2026.

Don’t move here!!!!! My best friend stays here and has had nothing but problems since he moved in. No housing inspection was done before he moved in, they said the apartment was move-in ready….they lied. The manager(Claudia) is more worried about who’s staying with who more than the upkeep of the apartments. Some of the A/C units are more than 20 years old, the only complex with no pool for the kids to enjoy in the summer. Terrible electrical and plumbing issues. Seems like the maintenance men fix one thing, another thing breaks. The pictures and amenities in the brochure and on google are not updated. Oh…not to mention that every apartment is unleveled and not handicap accessible. The manager should be reported to Corporate asap.

I have been living in the Palm Apartments for over 8 years, & I LOVE it! The area is beautiful & it’s quiet. Another this I love about the Palm Apartments is the office staff. You go to pay your rent or whatever the reason is Mrs Claudia always greets you with a positive attitude & a friendly smile. And that alone is a plus, because you never know what a person is going through. If you have an issue with your apartment she’s quick to let the maintenance know & they are on their way. Sometimes it gets busy I understand they may not can come right away but just know they are coming. Did I mention the maintenance team, & cleaning team they always have positive attitudes & a friendly smile as well.I am not planning on moving any time soon this is my home!!!

Ms Claudia the manager is wonderful she has a beautiful personality the property is very peaceful great neighborhood to raise kids
